Here is an overview of the internal workings of the Agency.Â
Administration and Supplies Department
- Taking charge of the general administration of the corporation;
- Advising on general administration matters relating to the corporation;
- Responsible for assisting in the formation of policies and their execution in the corporation;
- Ensuring the maintenance of discipline and cohesion in the corporation.
Finance and Account Department
- Responsible for all financials as regard accessibility of credit facilities to the farmers.
- Responsible for assisting in the formation of policies and their execution in the corporation;
- Prepare account statement and gives financial report of the corporation.
Planning, Research and Statistics Department
- Carrying out studies, analysis and diagnosis of Fiscal and Financial Operation of the State and disseminate the results to Government Institutions and General Public for use;
- Dissemination of standard practices including international good practices that will promote greater efficiency in allocation and management of Public Expenditure, Revenue collection, Debt Control and Transparency in Fiscal Matters;
- Â Â Reconciliation of expenditure with a view to advising Government on realistic budgeting;
- Development of multi-year Revenue Generation and Expenditure prioritization frame work;
- Providing Consultancy service to Local Governments on Fiscal Operation;
- To produce periodic reports of Stateâs Fiscal Performance.
